Evelyn is originally from
Guatemala and is fluent in Spanish and English; however, she is
currently learning how to speak French. She is a consummate
professional and an expert in her field.
Evelyn is considered a ‘full’
specialist which means her training includes hands and feet
treatment, skin care and full body treatments. She specializes
in Carita treatments and has been in the business of beauty
esthetics for twenty three (23) years, of which the past six (6)
years have been with Avant Garde.
She has over 600 hours of
training for nail and skin care under her belt. Evelyn has
attended various classes at the Pevonia Institute for skin and
body treatments along with spa techniques for hands and feet.
Evelyn was voted by Channel 4
as giving the ‘The Best Facial’ and has participated on Spanish
talk show radio shows with psychologist Isabel Gomez to talk
about acne causes and solutions. She attends conventions for
estheticians quite frequently to stay current with new beauty
care techniques that can improve the services she offers to you.
If you are fortunate to get
an appointment with Evelyn, she will assess your skin tone,
pigmentation, hair color and personality and then recommend just
the right nail color for you.
