Appointments

 Please arrive  to salon 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time. Treatments will be charged at full price.

 

*Credit Card Required for Reservations Lasting 2-hours or Longer - We ask our clients to provide us with a valid credit card or gift card number to secure any reservation that is a 2 hour or longer in length and to provide us with at least 24 hour notice of any changes or cancellations in order to avoid being charged a missed or late cancellation fee of $25 per scheduled hour of service.  This policy ensures that our guest reservations and our associate schedules are fully utilized by minimizing our late-cancel or missed appointment costs and allows us to provide value pricing to all of our customers.  Your private credit card information is processed in compliance with Merchant Data Standards in compliance with the latest PCI Data Security Standards at all times.  If you choose to save or store your credit card information as a result of creating your account in our scheduling system, rest assured that it is stored securely by our secured scheduling system through the integration with a nationally accredited merchant credit card processing company.  No information is stored locally on our servers.


Cancellations

 To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice and 72 hours for Packages is required; Deposit will be lost. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.


Deposits

 We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.


Gift Cards

Available for treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be used for treatments with our Registered Practitioners.


Prices

 Our prices are subject to change without notice. 


Refunds and Exchanges

 Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Avant-Garde Salon and Spa. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us.
