Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Avant-Garde Salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and the best service for all our clients, please take note of our policy:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur any fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• For hair extension application appointments, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes, due to the time and preparation involved.

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be communicated with as much notice as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.

This policy applies at 155 Miracle Mile and at Portfolio Salon, 281 Miracle Mile (as shown in our online booking). To change an appointment, call 155 at (305) 442-8136 or Portfolio at (305) 443-0101.
